Our goal is to provide guidance and support for individuals seeking a healthy, balanced life by helping them manage their thoughts, behavior, and emotions. We assist individuals in processing their experiences, identifying positive coping skills, and living healthier lives. We create a holistic environment to support you in processing past and present trauma, gaining insight into behavior patterns, and learning evidence-based coping skills for emotional stability. We value the therapeutic relationship, fostering a nonjudgmental dialogue where we act as a guide rather than an expert. We address a range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs using a person-centered approach tailored to each individual. Our techniques integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
- The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
